Excellent service, very accommodating for Veganism,beautiful environment.

Everyone's had a great experience except me it seems. The server took there time with the drinks and appetizers. As well as the check and so forth. We ordered an udon and chicken teriyaki. The udon was good. The teriyake. Not so much. The next day I was not feeling well for some unknown reason. I want to say it wasn't the food in the place. Yet I can't rule it out. The foods good, it depends on what you order.

Great food. Hardworking server. Somewhat expensive. Indoor and outdoor seating.⚠️ Vegetarians beware: stray fish eggs may be found in vegetarian rolls.Fried ice cream was gross; it was soggy bread around green tea ice cream. No crunch at all, only squishy doughy slices of bread. A very disappointing way to end an otherwise good meal.

Tasty rolls! They need to update their menu, the pictures don't do them justice. Reasonably priced, too. Take advantage of Saratoga's high-end winery tasting rooms nearby while you are at it.

My daughters and I agree that this is the best sushi in the Los Gatos-Saratoga area. Attentive service, fresh fish, great presentation and reasonably priced for the quality you receive.

Rice too wet, not to a Japanese standard. Tempura is very grease. It's not authentic Japanese food!

Katsu Pork Cutlet was supposedly fried with tonkatsu sauce but it was "verde" with some sweet Chinese sauce. I guessed that they ran out of sause - but it's all about the sauce!! Brrr...and a little overpriced I have to say for a lunch. Nicht Zu Gutt.

The service was decent the food portions were good. Fair prices for this area. If you are in the area and seeking Japanese food it's worth a quick visit.

Got food poisoning from low quality fish.

Staff is friendly, portions are generous. But the food was so so. The fried choices (tempura, ton katsu) tasted like old. The sashimi was pale, didn't appease the eyes.All other restaurants around had waiting lines, this was empty. I could have guessed.

Masu Bistro features Japanese cuisine. The menu didn't offer much in the way of gluten free items.BUT the chef prepared our food without any gluten. Yes! We thought the salmon was perfect, the salad was delicious, and the rice was fine. What made our visit memorable was the gracious hostess and the delightful outdoor seating. Try it, I think you will like it.

This is a bit of a hidden gem in downtown Saratoga. It's a family owned sushi restaurant with very good food, at a great value. The service is always exceptional.

Decent food, but a boring menu. The prices are too high for the quality and selection. I guess Masu is banking on their location to support their prices, which I'd guess is tied to their high rent for this space; which is beautiful outside at least!I most likely won't come back though.

Love the food; it's always fresh a and delicious! Exceptional service!
